Let’s start with the celebrations before THE CELEBRATION!
From beautiful, blushing brides to the ultimate bro bashes, Butler’s Pantry does it all! Hosting a garden-style shower? We’ll create a menu that’s light and fresh with lots of color, and you better believe we’ll add in flowers wherever we can!
For the guys, what about a ‘smoked’ theme? Smoked cocktails, smoked meats, heck…we’ll even create a ‘smoked’ style dessert. Not sure how you want to make your event stand out? Just tell us some of your favorites and our passionate team of professionals will take that info and fly!

It’s time for the tasting!
You’ve been working through your pre-wedding checklist and now it’s time for one of the fun parts of the planning process: the wedding food tasting. For many couples, food is one of the most important, memorable parts of the whole wedding, but what happens at a tasting and how do you prepare for it?
The tasting is exactly what it sounds like: It’s a time for you, your soon-to-be spouse, and any other key plays (a wedding planner or parents, for example) to taste a variety of different menu options. You’ll join us at Butler’s Pantry headquarters for a delightful tasting experience. While this is typically the first face-to-face meeting, we are hopeful our commitment to the 4P’s – Poise, Passion, Positivity, and Putting People First has already been felt. These values shape everything we do! Whether it’s marrying your favorite flavors together, or sourcing food from across the country to recreate a dish you fell in love with when traveling together, our team would love to customize a menu to ensure your celebration is as unique as you are.

Once you’re engaged, wedding planning can officially begin! So after you pick a date, start the venue search right away!
Don’t forget to have some snacks for you and your bridal party! A light display of breakfast or lunch-style items are just what you need to tide you over until the big reception dinner. Check out our drop-off catering menu collections, made for groups of up to 12 or 18!
If you’re not planning to attend your cocktail hour, ask your caterer to have a plate of appetizers waiting for you at your place so you don’t miss out!
Tell your photographer you’d like a photo of the beautifully plated dinner at your reception. After all, it’s one of the biggest investments and what your guests care about most!
