Your Day. Your Dream!

By Saint Louis Bride

Put your special signature on the menu for your reception. An experienced caterer will help you realize your vision for your big day with a customized menu that speaks to your personality. Say no to the cookie cutter menus.

Plated dinners are still the most elegant way to serve your guests a unique culinary experience. Make a statement with each course soup, salad, entrée and dessert. Highlighting the season is always a great choice when planning your menu. Fall is the most popular wedding season. Here are some of our favorite Autumn offerings.

1st Course
Roasted tomato bisque with asiago risotto garnished with spiced grilled prawn
2nd Course
Garden Harvest Salad
A bouquet of field greens in a Roma tomato served with a watering can of pear vinaigrette, garnished with gorgonzola cheese, and golden raisins
Entrée
Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Grilled Apple Glaze
Roasted red potatoes with herb butter, asparagus with spaghetti squash, Parisian carrots and braised red cabbage
Dessert
Decadence Trio
Cinderella chocolate mousse slipper, grilled Asian pears, harvest moon lemon bar
